1、南京中醫(yī)藥人學(xué)碩上學(xué)位論文摘要現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)認(rèn)為痤瘡是發(fā)生于顏面、胸、背等處的一種毛囊、皮脂腺的慢性炎癥性疾病。中醫(yī)痤瘡屬肺風(fēng)粉刺范疇，此外古籍還有鼓、面皰、酒鼓、粉刺、面粉渣、酒刺、粉化瘡等諸多稱謂，古代諸醫(yī)家認(rèn)為痤瘡的病因有風(fēng)熱外襲、肺經(jīng)郁熱、胃腸積熱、毒熱互結(jié)、血瘀痰結(jié)、血熱偏盛、沖任失調(diào)、陰虛不足等。現(xiàn)代臨床中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療，效果顯著。中醫(yī)中藥在現(xiàn)代臨床治療中的地位是非常重要的。而歷代古籍著作，無疑是指導(dǎo)痤瘡中醫(yī)治療的資料庫。歷代醫(yī)家在從先秦到清末的二千多年時(shí)間里，通過長期的臨床觀察和實(shí)踐摸索，總結(jié)了豐富的辨證用藥經(jīng)驗(yàn)，逐漸完善了對痤瘡病證的病因病機(jī)、發(fā)病特點(diǎn)和辨證施治的認(rèn)識(shí)，并積累了大
