1、聚芳醚砜的功能化與性能研究1得光敏磺化聚芳醚砜接枝共聚物CMPSF-HC-g-PSSA。主要通過(guò)HNMR對(duì)聚合物的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行表征,并分析反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間以、單體加入量以及助催化劑對(duì)聚合物離子交換容量的影響。結(jié)果表明,該ATRP反應(yīng)的最適溫度是130℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間越長(zhǎng),聚合物的離子交換容量越高。這樣就為光敏磺化聚芳醚砜在燃料電池上的應(yīng)用做了更加充分的理論支持。關(guān)鍵詞:氯甲基化聚芳醚砜,ATRP,光交聯(lián),磺化聚合物,離子交換膜II中南民族大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文ABSTRACTPolusulfone(PSF)asonekindofhighperformancem

4、ypolysulfonehaveactivegroups.ThechloromethylationusethechlorinemethyletherasthechlorinemethylationreagentandadoptingZnCl2ascatalyststogetthechloromethylatedpolysulfone(CMPSF).Wecanchangethereactionconditiontogainthebestreactionconditions.WesynthesizeserieskindsofCMPSFwithdiffe
5、rentchloromethylationratiosforthenext1reactionwiththefunctionalmonomers.ThepolymerswerecharacterizedbyFT-IR,HNMRanddifferentialscanningcalorimetry(DSC).2.Threedifferentkindsofphotosensitivemonomers4-hydroxychalcone,cinnamicacidand4-hydroxyethylchalconereactedwiththeCMPSFwhicht
6、hechloromethylationratiosis50%.WecangetthreekindsofphotosensitivepolymersCMPSF-HC,CMPSF-CMAandCMPSF-HECwiththephotosensitivegroupsintheside-chain.Theresultingpolymersexhibitedgooddissolvabilityandhighphotosensitivity.CMPSF-HCshowsthemaximumextentofphotoreactionforthepolymerfil
