1、摘要數(shù)控車(chē)削程序的編制過(guò)程具有經(jīng)驗(yàn)性和動(dòng)態(tài)性,可靠性難以保證。有針對(duì)性的開(kāi)發(fā)數(shù)控模擬編程器,檢驗(yàn)手工編制的Nc程序并進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)仿真加工,具有很好的生產(chǎn)、教學(xué)及培訓(xùn)價(jià)值。本文研究開(kāi)發(fā)的是在、vindows下安裝的,用vB6.O語(yǔ)言編寫(xiě)的華中系統(tǒng)數(shù)控車(chē)削模擬編程器。論文以華中系統(tǒng)數(shù)控車(chē)床為仿真對(duì)象,重點(diǎn)探討了仿真系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)運(yùn)行數(shù)控加工程序的動(dòng)態(tài)演示及其實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù),具體包括:用二維圖形模擬顯示實(shí)心或空心毛坯;提供七種常用的車(chē)削刀具,通過(guò)刀具圖片背景色透明處理解決雙邊車(chē)削等問(wèn)題;針對(duì)數(shù)控程序的譯碼處理和插補(bǔ)功能,研究開(kāi)發(fā)了譯碼
2、模塊、直線插補(bǔ)和圓弧插補(bǔ)模塊。加工仿真測(cè)試結(jié)果:系統(tǒng)具有比較友好的數(shù)控車(chē)床操作界面,能實(shí)現(xiàn)G00、G01、G02、G03、G32等準(zhǔn)備功能和M03、M04、M05、M98、M99等輔助功能以及換刀指令等基本指令的動(dòng)態(tài)仿真,既能進(jìn)行外圓的模擬加工也能實(shí)現(xiàn)孔的切削加工。結(jié)果表明:本文系統(tǒng)能有效地檢驗(yàn)由基本指令構(gòu)成的數(shù)控車(chē)削程序的正確性,滿(mǎn)足數(shù)控人才培訓(xùn)的基本需要。關(guān)鍵詞:數(shù)控車(chē)削;仿真加工;數(shù)控程序檢驗(yàn);vB語(yǔ)言Abstl.a(chǎn)ctsequcnceprogrammingforanumericaIlycontroIIed
