1、華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)2012屆碩士學(xué)位論文隨著施氮量的增加,水稻氮素積累量隨之增加。幼穗分化期,氮高效型水稻與氮低效型相比水稻莖葉以及植株氮素積累量相差不大。從幼穗分化期到抽穗期,氮高效型水稻氮素積累量在中、低氮處理下分別比氮低效型高16.8%和14.3%,而在高氮處理下略低。抽穗期氮高效型水稻氮素積累量比氮低效型略高。而成熟期莖葉以及稻草氮素積累量要比氮低效型低,籽粒和植株總氮積累量高于氮低效型水稻。從氮素轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)和轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)效率看,氮高效型水稻氮素轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)量以及轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)效率均高于氮低效型,同時(shí)氮素收獲指數(shù)也表現(xiàn)出同樣的趨勢(shì)。
2、氮轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)量與產(chǎn)量存在極顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系,而分別與NUEg{NNUEb存在一定的負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系。氮素轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)效率分別與產(chǎn)量、NUEb幣HNUEg存在一定的正相關(guān)關(guān)系。這說(shuō)明提高抽穗期水稻氮素轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)有利于提高產(chǎn)量,提高水稻抽穗后氮素轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)效率有利于提高產(chǎn)量和氮素利用效率。4、在抽穗期,中、高氮處理氮高效型水稻劍葉的谷氨酰胺合成酶活性{FlRubisco含量顯著低于氮低效型,而在低氮下差異不顯著。可溶性蛋白含量差異不顯著。相關(guān)分析表明,抽穗期劍葉谷氨酰胺合成酶活性與生物量呈顯著正相關(guān)。關(guān)鍵詞:氮利用效率;水稻;干物質(zhì)積累和轉(zhuǎn)
