2、Ba1-xSrx)La4Ti4O15(x=0.8~0.95)復(fù)合體系微波介質(zhì)陶瓷,并對其進行物相組成、晶體結(jié)構(gòu)分析以及微波介電性能的研究.研究結(jié)果表明,(Ba1-xSrx)La4Ti4O15陶瓷主晶相為SrLa4Ti4O15,并伴隨有第二相SrLa8Ti9O15.SEM觀察表明,Ba0.2Sr0.8La4Ti4O15陶瓷內(nèi)部微觀結(jié)構(gòu)致密,晶粒尺寸在10~20μm之間,晶界清晰.隨著x值逐漸增大,(Ba1-xSrx)La4Ti4O15陶瓷中晶粒形態(tài)發(fā)生變化,氣孔增多.在x=0.8時,(Ba1-xSrx)La4Ti4O15陶瓷具有?62+優(yōu)良的微波介
