2、eolin-1基因是Caveolin基因家族的成員之一。該實(shí)驗(yàn)采用RT-PCR與RACE(rapidamplificationofcDNAends)技術(shù)成功地克隆了家鴿Caveolin-1基因的全長cDNA。該cDNA全長2605bp,包含537bp的完整編碼區(qū),編碼178個(gè)氨基酸;分析發(fā)現(xiàn)家鴿Caveolin-1基因編碼區(qū)與牛、家犬、雞、褐家鼠等核苷酸同源性為80.1%~93.4%,氨基酸同源性高達(dá)85.4%~97.2%;半定量RT-PCR分析表明該基因在家鴿各種組織廣泛表達(dá),脂肪中表達(dá)量最高,各種肌肉中表達(dá)量次之,肝臟中表達(dá)量最低。此結(jié)果說明家鴿C
