2、粒過程中呈現(xiàn)出幾何非線性、材料非線性和邊界條件非線性的問題,采用連續(xù)介質(zhì)力學(xué)方法建立生物質(zhì)材料的力學(xué)模型并確定其本構(gòu)關(guān)系,應(yīng)用非線性有限元分析軟件ABAQUS及其內(nèi)置的Drucker?PragerCap粉體物料本構(gòu)模型,對(duì)生物質(zhì)材料在平模成型機(jī)的擠壓成型過程進(jìn)行有限元數(shù)值模擬。結(jié)果表明:平模模孔錐角處的生物質(zhì)物料擠壓應(yīng)力較大,由此造成物料在該處的塑性變形較為明顯;減小模輥間隙和壓輥直徑可以促進(jìn)物料的塑性變形,減小模輥間隙、增加壓輥直徑可以提高物料的壓進(jìn)量。由此得出:在平模??族F角處應(yīng)加固模具防止
