1、沈陽理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要近年來,我國國民的糖尿病發(fā)病率呈逐年增加的上升趨勢(shì),目前有將近4000萬患者,患病率在印度之后居世界第二位,這將給中國的居民收入帶來巨大損失,對(duì)中國的可持續(xù)發(fā)展造成潛在威脅。目前,采用血糖儀測(cè)量血糖指標(biāo)和胰島素泵給藥的結(jié)合方式是醫(yī)學(xué)界普遍認(rèn)可的一種治療糖尿病的新手段。然而這樣的簡(jiǎn)單結(jié)合是一種完全開環(huán)的方式,即在血糖儀測(cè)量患者血糖濃度后,還要經(jīng)復(fù)雜的計(jì)算才能得出患者當(dāng)前需要注射的胰島素劑量,不能實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)控制藥量的補(bǔ)給。這樣,一種新的胰島素注射系統(tǒng)的概念就被提出來:本文所述的基于無線通信的血糖數(shù)據(jù)采集及控制系統(tǒng)是以微創(chuàng)的方式對(duì)糖尿病
2、患者的血糖進(jìn)行檢測(cè);然后由血糖檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)通過無線通信的方式將測(cè)量得到的血糖數(shù)據(jù)傳送給胰島素注射系統(tǒng);最后,胰島素注射系統(tǒng)根據(jù)當(dāng)前接收到血糖值得出適當(dāng)?shù)囊葝u素劑量,并進(jìn)行注射。這種半閉環(huán)的控制系統(tǒng)可以為今后國內(nèi)的全閉環(huán)胰島素注射系統(tǒng)奠定理論基礎(chǔ)和現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。文章首先介紹了血糖儀和胰島素泵的發(fā)展情況及工作原理;然后圍繞總體目標(biāo)重點(diǎn)介紹了血糖數(shù)據(jù)采集、射頻無線通信和控制電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)等相關(guān)模塊的硬件及軟件設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn);最后通過實(shí)驗(yàn)電路板的在線仿真調(diào)試對(duì)本課題進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn),并通過數(shù)據(jù)分析驗(yàn)證了實(shí)驗(yàn)的可行性。關(guān)鍵詞:血糖檢測(cè)系統(tǒng),胰島素注射系統(tǒng),弱電流檢測(cè),射頻無線通信,低功耗沈
