2、料比下的引氣技術(shù),研究水料比低至0.25時加氣混凝土拌合物的流變學(xué)參數(shù)、初始擴展度、稠化速率、與發(fā)氣高度、發(fā)氣速率的關(guān)系和對發(fā)氣質(zhì)量和性能的影響。發(fā)現(xiàn)隨著水料比的降低,加氣混凝土用基本漿體的屈服值降低,但是塑性黏度增大,觸變值增大。當(dāng)水料比較低至0.30以后,漿體出現(xiàn)剪切變稠現(xiàn)象;水料比越低,漿體稠化越快。試驗表明,在水料比為0.25時,一定配合比下,加氣混凝土初始擴展度宜控制在190mm左右;可以在在30min內(nèi)完成發(fā)氣并實現(xiàn)料漿發(fā)氣與稠化匹配,制備出符合要求產(chǎn)品。關(guān)鍵詞:加氣混凝土;高強輕質(zhì);低水料比;發(fā)氣技術(shù);流變性中圖分類號:TU528.2文獻標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號
