1、摘要AZ91D鎂合金耐蝕涂層及其性能研究鎂合金是地球上最輕的金屬結(jié)構(gòu)材料,具有比強度高、導(dǎo)熱性和尺寸穩(wěn)定性好、加工性能好和良好的電磁防護性能等優(yōu)點,因而得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。但由于鎂合金化學(xué)性質(zhì)活潑,容易腐蝕,需要進行有效的防護措施增強其耐蝕性。目前,已經(jīng)有很多鎂合金表面處理技術(shù),但是,這些表面處理技術(shù)中都存在著各種不足之處,還沒有一種單一的涂層技術(shù)能夠為鎂合金在嚴(yán)酷的環(huán)境下提供充足的防護性能。本文以陰極保護原理為出發(fā)點,研制了一種類似富鋅涂料的富鎂涂料。通過摻入兩種不同粒度(20微米和38微米)、不同含量的鎂粉制成富
2、鎂涂料,刷涂在AZ91D鎂合金基體上。該涂層測試結(jié)果表明:1,涂層具有優(yōu)良的機械性能:附著力為一級,抗沖擊強度大于50kg‘cm。2.耐鹽霧測試表明,與環(huán)氧清漆相比,該涂層耐蝕性有了較大提高,其中20微米級鎂粉含量為50%時耐蝕性最好,耐鹽霧測試時間約為環(huán)氧清漆的3倍左右。3.鎂粉的粒度對涂層的耐蝕性均有提高,20微米級鎂粉的效果稍優(yōu)北京化工大學(xué)碩士論文于38微米級鎂粉;并且這兩種鎂粉含量均為50%時耐蝕性最好。4.通過浸泡交流阻抗測試,研究了涂層失效過程。涂層失效分為3個階段:以滲透過程為主的浸泡初期、涂層內(nèi)部
