1、北京服裝學(xué)院2008屆頸j．研究生學(xué)位論文Lyocell纖維紡絲原液的制備研究摘要Lyocell纖維是通過將天然纖維索漿粕溶解在N．甲基嗎啉．N．氧化物(簡稱NMM0)的水溶液中，形成紡絲原液，用干噴濕紡法制得的一種再生纖維素纖維。本文對(duì)Lyocell纖維紡絲原液的制備工藝進(jìn)行了較系統(tǒng)的研究。通過對(duì)纖維素的溶脹過程的對(duì)比研究，得到了最佳溶脹工藝條件。x一射線衍射結(jié)果表明，纖維素用乙二胺處理后結(jié)晶度下降了33．7％，在NMMO／H20中溶解的時(shí)間縮短了25％。經(jīng)對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)研究得到本實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下的最佳工藝是：投料時(shí)漿粕含水量40／0--6％，
2、NMMO濃度740／0--85％，溶脹溫度為68-80℃，溶解溫度95～105℃，攪拌速率44～50rpm，真空度控制在0．095MPa--0．098MPa之間，纖維素濃度在9％～11％之間，在此條件下能制得均一、零切粘度2100Pa．S(90℃)左右、非牛頓指數(shù)0．6-0．7、結(jié)構(gòu)粘度指數(shù)14~19的粘度適中、可紡性好的紡絲溶液，此溶液能穩(wěn)定紡絲，制得的纖維纖度1．83dtex，強(qiáng)度4．13cN／dtex，斷裂伸長率11．8％。關(guān)鍵詞：LyocellN一甲基嗎啉一N-氧化物乙二胺溶脹溶解北京服磐學(xué)院2068屆碩士研究生學(xué)位論文STU
