1、英文摘要AbstractInthispaper,thestructure,microhardnessandthedistributioncharacteristicsofcompositionoflasercladzoneofWC-12CoandNiCrAlYonTC4werestudiedCross-sectionofthelasercladzoneshowedthreedistinctregionswhichconsistedofcladlayer、meltzoneandheat-afectingzone.Theresultshowedthatlasercla
2、ddingleadstotheformationofacontinueandcompactcladlayer.Thediferenceinthecomposition、temperatureandcoolingspeedindiferentareasofthecoatingleadstotheresultthatthereareseveralkindsofstructuralfeathersincludingdendritic、polgonlumpish、petaloitic,lathyandparticulate.Themetallurgicalcombinin
3、ginterfacebetweenthecladdinglayerandmatrixisachieved.ThemaximumofthemicrohardnessofWC-12CoandNiCrAlYlayerscladdedbylasercomesupto1100HV.Theinfluenceoflaserpowerandcoatingthicknessonthemicrohardnessofthecladzone,onthethicknessofclad-layerandthedepthofmeltzonewerestudiedusingscanningele
4、ctronmicroscope(SEM)andmicrohardnesstestingtechniquesTheresultshowedthatgiventheWC-12CoandNiCrAlYcoatingthicknessconstant,thedepthofclad-layerincreaseswhilethemicrohardnessofcladzonedecreaseswiththeincrementoflaserpowerThereisaprocessofconvectionatthebotomofthemeltingpond,wheretheallo

6、rameters,thepartwithhighqualitieswereachievedbycontrolthecorrespondingprocessparameters.Keywords:Lasercladding;titaniumalloys;WC;NiCrAIY;orthogonalexperiment一、論文的選題激光表面改性是八卜年代逐漸發(fā)展起來(lái)的一門(mén)新興學(xué)科,尤其在激光熔覆、合金化、熔凝處理和焊接領(lǐng)域取得了很大的發(fā)展。在各類(lèi)激光束處理中,激光熔覆是經(jīng)濟(jì)效益較高的一種新的涂層表面改性技術(shù),它可以在低性能、廉價(jià)鋼材上制備出高性能貴重的合金鋼表面,以降低
7、材料成本,節(jié)約貴重的稀有金屬材料,降低能源消耗,提高金屬零件的使用壽命。欽及欽合金具有比強(qiáng)度高,耐腐蝕性能好等優(yōu)點(diǎn),是航天航空和石油化工等工業(yè)領(lǐng)域廣泛使用的材料。但是,其耐磨性能差限制了它在摩擦機(jī)構(gòu)中的應(yīng)用,因此如何提高欽合金的耐磨性是當(dāng)今研究的一個(gè)重要方向。本文主要對(duì)航空材料TC4合金表面激光熔覆WC-12Co/NiCrAlY復(fù)合涂層的組織性能進(jìn)行分析。采用正交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的手段來(lái)研究激光功率、掃描速度、涂層成分和涂層厚度對(duì)熔覆層的組織、顯微硬度、熔覆層深度、熔化區(qū)深度、成分分布、氣孔率的影響。希望通過(guò)對(duì)熔覆層各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)影響因素的分析中,找出較優(yōu)的熔覆工藝,為今后
