1、中文接要摘要混合動(dòng)力汽車(chē)兼顧了傳統(tǒng)汽車(chē)和純電動(dòng)汽車(chē)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),是目前最具可行性的低油耗、低排放汽車(chē)?,F(xiàn)有的混合動(dòng)力汽車(chē)若采用手動(dòng)變速器傳動(dòng),其性能受駕駛員個(gè)人習(xí)慣所影響,采用自動(dòng)變速器可減小不同駕駛員駕駛同種車(chē)輛時(shí)整車(chē)性能差異。對(duì)于配備了電控機(jī)械自動(dòng)變速器(AMT)的輕度混合動(dòng)力汽車(chē),由于可利用ISG電機(jī)的輔助工作能力,從而提高換擋品質(zhì),改善整車(chē)的舒適性。本文以配備了AMT的ISG型輕度混合動(dòng)力汽車(chē)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)車(chē)輛的換擋品質(zhì),即換擋時(shí)的動(dòng)力性、舒適性及零部件的耐久性進(jìn)行了研究。主要工作內(nèi)容如下:①在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)臺(tái)架性能試驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,采用插值和擬合的方法,建立了相應(yīng)的數(shù)值模型。對(duì)電子
2、節(jié)氣門(mén)和ISG電機(jī)的工作原理進(jìn)行了分析,并建立了相應(yīng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型。②對(duì)換擋執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)和整車(chē)換擋過(guò)程進(jìn)行了分析,預(yù)估了換擋時(shí)間。建立了整車(chē)的換擋仿真模型,并進(jìn)行換擋品質(zhì)的仿真分析。③針對(duì)影響換擋品質(zhì)的主要因素,提出了利用ISG電機(jī)來(lái)縮小離合器主、從動(dòng)盤(pán)轉(zhuǎn)速差,從而提高輕度混合動(dòng)力AMT車(chē)輛換擋品質(zhì)的控制策略。④搭建了輕度混合動(dòng)力AMT傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),進(jìn)行了基于dSPACE的混合動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)硬件在環(huán)換擋仿真對(duì)比試驗(yàn),并對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證本文所制定的控制策略具有可行性和有效性。綜上所述,本文對(duì)ISG型輕度混合動(dòng)力AMT汽車(chē)進(jìn)行了理論分析和仿真研究,為研發(fā)輕度混合動(dòng)力√蝴
