1、摘要隨著我國(guó)高速公路建設(shè)的不斷發(fā)展,由水泥、石灰和粉煤灰穩(wěn)定材料為代表的半剛性基層以其強(qiáng)度高,承載力大,水穩(wěn)性好,得到廣泛的推廣和應(yīng)用。目前在半剛性基層施工過程中,除了有重型擊實(shí)和振動(dòng)壓實(shí)兩種室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)方法來確定壓實(shí)控制指標(biāo)外,還可用振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)法。因此有必要討論和比較這幾種確定壓實(shí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法的差異,可以綜合運(yùn)用它們得出最符合施工實(shí)際情況的壓實(shí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法來指導(dǎo)工程施工。水泥穩(wěn)定碎石半剛性基層的厚度通常在25-'--36cm之間,在實(shí)際施工過程中一般分為兩層進(jìn)行攤鋪、碾壓。分層壓實(shí)施工造成的問題主要有:整體性差,工期長(zhǎng),基層易產(chǎn)生早期損傷,增加工程造價(jià),以及上下基層裂縫相互反射。
2、因此,有必要開展水泥穩(wěn)定碎石大厚度整體碾壓技術(shù)研究。本文首先從水泥穩(wěn)定碎石壓實(shí)機(jī)理入手,試驗(yàn)研究室內(nèi)振動(dòng)參數(shù)、材料組成、壓實(shí)厚度(足尺試驗(yàn))對(duì)壓實(shí)效果的影響,然后對(duì)比目前水泥穩(wěn)定碎石壓實(shí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確定的三種主要方法(重型擊實(shí)法、振動(dòng)法與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)法),分析其各自的適用特點(diǎn),針對(duì)描述我國(guó)現(xiàn)行水泥穩(wěn)定碎石基層施工的現(xiàn)狀,分析分層施工的不足,最后用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)路驗(yàn)證了大厚度整體施工的可行性。關(guān)鍵詞:水泥穩(wěn)定碎石壓實(shí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)大厚度骨架密實(shí)振動(dòng)參數(shù)壓實(shí)厚度AbstractAlongwiththedevelopmentofChina’Shighwayconstruction,semi—rig

7、compactedthickness(fullsizetest)oncompactionresults,contraststhreemajormethods(heavydutycompaction,vibratingcompanionandvibratingroller)whichwereidentifiedbythecurrentstandardofcementstabilizationcrushedstonecompaction,anddescribedthecharacteristicsofthem.BydescribingChin
