1、摘要碳納米管/聚砜納米纖維增韌增強(qiáng)環(huán)氧樹脂的研究本文利用靜電紡絲技術(shù)制備了碳納米管(CNTs)/聚砜(PSF)復(fù)合納米纖維,將CNTs/PSF復(fù)合納米纖維加入環(huán)氧樹脂,通過相分散過程制備增韌增強(qiáng)的環(huán)氧樹脂。通過優(yōu)化制備工藝,采用混酸氧化處理的CNTs,以N,N’.二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)/丙酮(Acetone)為混合溶劑,在優(yōu)化工藝下通過靜電紡絲制備了CNTs/PSF的納米纖維膜。將CNTs/PSF納米纖維膜加入環(huán)氧樹脂中,在優(yōu)化的固化溫度下,經(jīng)溶解和相分散制得增韌增強(qiáng)的環(huán)氧樹脂。應(yīng)用透射和掃描電子顯微鏡表征了CNrs/PSF復(fù)合納米纖維的直徑分布,通過測試?yán)?/p>
2、伸和沖擊性能分析了復(fù)合納米纖維對環(huán)氧樹脂的增韌和增強(qiáng)作用,對斷裂表面微觀形貌進(jìn)行了觀察,并測試了添加復(fù)合納米纖維的環(huán)氧樹脂動態(tài)熱力學(xué)性能。利用能譜分析了相分散的機(jī)理和元素含量。與環(huán)氧樹脂基體相比,含3wt%CNTs的CNTs/PSF納米纖維增韌增強(qiáng)的環(huán)氧樹脂的拉伸強(qiáng)度和模量分別提高13.9%和14.2%,沖擊強(qiáng)度提高18.3%,玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度提高了5℃。能譜分析顯示CNTs/PSF納米纖維已溶解于環(huán)氧樹脂基體中并實現(xiàn)了相分離。關(guān)鍵詞:環(huán)氧樹脂,聚砜,碳納米管,復(fù)合材料北京化工大學(xué)碩上學(xué)位論文STUDYONCARBONNANOTUBES/POLYSULFONEN

6、ies,andSEMandⅡTEMwereusedforobservingthemorphologiesoffracturesurface.EnergyDispersiveSpectrometer(EDS)wasusedtoanalysingtheelementcontent.Comparedtoepoxymatrix,thetensilestrengthandmodulusofCNTs/PSFnanofiberswith3w%CNTstoughenedandreinforcedepoxywereenhancedby13.9%and14.2%respectiv
