1、摘要摘要對泡沫鋁熔體與鋁和鍋合金覆板的冶金結(jié)合機(jī)理進(jìn)行了研究,確定了復(fù)合溫度和時(shí)聞對連沫鋁熔體與覆板之間擴(kuò)散層厚度的影響;利用直接冶金結(jié)合的方法,將高溫鋁泡沫與覆板進(jìn)行復(fù)合,研究了鋁及鋁合金覆板的厚度及復(fù)合溫度與時(shí)間對閉孔泡沫鋁夾心三明治與覆板結(jié)合質(zhì)量的影響。利用金相顯微鏡觀察了泡沫鋁熔體與鋁和鋁合金覆板及鋁泡沫夾心與純鋁覆板復(fù)合界面的微觀組織,并測量了其復(fù)合界面處的互擴(kuò)散層厚度和顯微硬度。研究結(jié)果表明,鋁熔體與純鋁和鋁合金覆板之間的擴(kuò)散層厚度隨復(fù)合溫度和時(shí)間的增大而增加;當(dāng)純鋁覆板的預(yù)熱溫度為400"--'450oC,復(fù)合速度為53.9,---74.4mm/mi
2、n時(shí),所獲得的復(fù)合賽面的互擴(kuò)散層厚度為39"-'44露撒,泡沫鋁夾心與純鋁覆板形成了良好的冶金結(jié)合,覆板表面光滑鼠平整。鋁泡沫與純鋁覆板之間復(fù)合速度的變化對其擴(kuò)散層厚度影響不大,隨著純鋁覆板內(nèi)復(fù)合面到自由表面距離的增加,鋁板內(nèi)的溫度逐漸降低,純鋁板的預(yù)熱溫度越高,自由表面的溫度就越高,板內(nèi)溫度下降的越平緩。當(dāng)鋁合金覆板的預(yù)熱溫度為240oC,復(fù)合速度為58.3mm/min時(shí),制備鋁合金覆板泡沫鋁夾心三明治所需的鋁合金板最小厚度應(yīng)為7.9mm;在相同工藝條件下,采用純鋁覆板比鋁合余覆板更容易獲得較大的擴(kuò)散層厚度,在實(shí)現(xiàn)良好的冶金結(jié)合的同時(shí)獲得較高的覆板表面質(zhì)量。關(guān)鍵
