1、摘要計算機(jī)技術(shù)和信息技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,促使硬盤向高速度、大容量方向發(fā)展,從而對硬盤基片材料提出更多更高的要求。納米微晶玻璃具有高強(qiáng)度,高硬度和高表面平整度等優(yōu)越性能,非常適合用作高性能硬盤基片材料。本文主要研究了納米微晶玻璃基片材料的制備及其性能表征。主要的工作有:1)在Ll如一MgO—A1。0。一SiO。系統(tǒng)中以TiO。為晶核劑,制各了主晶相為尖晶石的納米微晶玻璃:研究探討了TiO。含量、晶化熱處理制度對結(jié)構(gòu)與性能的影響,結(jié)果表明:足夠的TJ02和合適的晶化濕度是獲得納米尖晶石相的關(guān)鍵。當(dāng)TiO:含量為10%,晶化熱處理制度為620℃/2hrs+720℃/3hr
2、s時,可以獲得晶粒尺寸約為40hm的納米尖晶石微晶玻璃。性能測試表明該微晶玻璃適合用作高性能硬盤基片。2)在Li。O~A1:0。一Si02系統(tǒng)中以ZrO。為晶核劑,制備了主晶相為B一石英的納米微晶玻璃;研究探討論了納米微晶玻璃的制備工藝,性能與結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系,在ZrO,含量為4%,晶化熱處理制度為670℃/4hrs+770。C/4hrs條件下,可以獲得晶粒尺寸約為35nm的納米p一石英微晶玻璃。該微晶玻璃滿足高性能硬盤基片對材料的性能要求。3)較系統(tǒng)地探討了TJ02及TiO。+ZrO,復(fù)合晶化劑的晶化機(jī)理。玻璃中發(fā)生大量微分相為納米微晶的成核與生長提供了非常便利的條件
