1、摘要摘要。板材成形是金屬塑性加工領(lǐng)域的一大分支,在汽車、航空儀表等工業(yè)領(lǐng)域占有重要的地位,其技術(shù)水平在某種程度上反映了一個(gè)國家或地區(qū)的工業(yè)化現(xiàn)代化水平。板材彎曲成形是板材沖壓成形中常用的工藝方法之一,研究板材彎曲成形有很高的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值和實(shí)際意義.板材彎曲成形中最突出的問題是彎曲彈復(fù)難以精確控制。即使是同牌號、同批次的板材,由于材料性能及工藝條件的波動(dòng)也會(huì)引起彎曲件彈復(fù)量的較大變化。當(dāng)前制造業(yè)市場的發(fā)展趨勢是對高精度、多品種、小批量的彎曲件的需求日益增加,而原材料成本與最終產(chǎn)品價(jià)格的差額逐漸減小,并且競爭日趨激烈,迫使制造業(yè)越來越強(qiáng)烈地追求更高的生產(chǎn)率和更高的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量
