1、恒功率恒壓泵變量特性及應(yīng)用研究程曉東(機(jī)械電子工程)指導(dǎo)教師:張作龍教授摘要隨著能源危機(jī)的日益臨近,節(jié)能型產(chǎn)品越來越受到人們的重視。作為液壓系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力源,節(jié)能型液壓泵的研制開發(fā)也空前繁榮。本課題研究的恒功率恒壓變量泵正是在這樣的背景下應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的。本課題針對國內(nèi)外研發(fā)的這種新型泵,從理論、實(shí)驗(yàn)及應(yīng)用三個(gè)方面對泵的各種特性進(jìn)行了分析研究。第一部分,通過理論分析獲得泵的靜態(tài)特性曲線,利用數(shù)學(xué)建模得出泵動(dòng)態(tài)特性的傳遞函數(shù),利用Matlab軟件獲取泵的動(dòng)態(tài)特性曲線,從理論上分析了泵工作的可行性和穩(wěn)定性。第二部分,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)對泵的各項(xiàng)性能
2、進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,包括靜態(tài)特性、動(dòng)態(tài)特性及效率特性等,獲取泵性能的實(shí)驗(yàn)曲線,并對控制閥參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,達(dá)到了優(yōu)化泵整體性能的目的。第三部分,將這種新型泵應(yīng)用到了生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐中,構(gòu)建了這種節(jié)能泵的液壓系統(tǒng),并將新系統(tǒng)與原系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行比較分析,得出了新型節(jié)能泵控系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)越性。本課題通過上面三個(gè)方面,全面地對這一新型泵的性能進(jìn)行了分析研究。關(guān)鍵詞:恒功率恒壓泵,節(jié)能,靜動(dòng)態(tài)特性,數(shù)學(xué)建模,實(shí)驗(yàn)研究TheResearchofPropertyandApplicationoverthePumpunderConstantPowerandConstant

6、apparatus,we啪makeanexperimentonthediversifiedpropertyofthepump。accordingtoexperiment,wecangetagreatdealofdata,andthenobtaintheexperimentcmve.Withthecomparisonbetweenexperimentcurveandsimulatingcurve,wecantestifyfatherlythatthepumpissteadyandascendant.Whenwemakethee
7、xperiment,wealsochoosedifferentparameterofthepumpinordertomakesurethatthepumpca!lhaveabetterproperty.Inthethirdplace,aftertheacademicandexperimentinvestigation,weapplythenew—stylepumptothepractice.Inmy"dissertation,Idesignedanewhydraulicsystembyusingthisnew-stylepu
8、mp,andthencomparedwiththecustomaryhydraulicsystem,analyzedtheadvantageofthenew-stylepumpsystemespeciallyintheenergy‘savingpart.Inconclusion,accor
