1、南京理T大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文新型SIS熱熔胍敏膠的制備及其性能研究摘要本文采用正交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)法對(duì)SIS熱熔壓敏膠的各種原料進(jìn)行優(yōu)選,通過(guò)列剝離強(qiáng)度、初粘力等重要性能的考察,確定了制備SIS熱熔壓敏膠的主體材料,找到了制備SIS熱熔壓敏膠的最佳配方。研究了PIB、環(huán)烷油--4010和填料用量的變化對(duì)SIS熱熔壓敏膠性能的影響。探討了SIS熱熔壓敏膠性能隨C。石油樹(shù)脂種類(lèi)和用量變化的規(guī)律,發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)SIS熱熔壓敏膠的性能有較大影響,其中型號(hào)為C—IOOR的C。石油樹(shù)脂性能相對(duì)較好。本文還研究了SIS熱熔壓敏膠的熱氧
2、老化問(wèn)題,通過(guò)改變抗氧劑種類(lèi)、用量及老化時(shí)間來(lái)研究抗氧體系對(duì)SIS熱熔壓敏膠性能的影響,結(jié)果表明:二種主抗氧劑與輔抗氧劑的復(fù)合體系抗氧效果要優(yōu)于單一主抗氧劑體系以及單一主抗氧劑與輔抗氧劑的復(fù)合體系。探討了SIS熱熔壓敏膠的粘接理論。通過(guò)對(duì)基材(布)結(jié)構(gòu)的觀(guān)察和對(duì)由它們制得的SIS熱熔壓敏膠帶性能的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)基材結(jié)構(gòu)相對(duì)疏松的,粘接效果較好。關(guān)鍵詞SIS熱熔壓敏膠c。石油樹(shù)脂剝離強(qiáng)度初粘力熱氧老化抗氧劑基材.一壘!!堅(jiān)!.竺!:!:絲蘭AbstractSeveralkindsofrawmaterials
