1、摘要摘要隨著隱身與反隱身技術(shù)的發(fā)展,以控制發(fā)射率為根本的傳統(tǒng)熱紅外隱身涂層已不能對(duì)抗雙波段熱紅外成像系統(tǒng)的偵查,紅外融合才是符合當(dāng)今軍事要求的最佳解決方案。本文研制了可應(yīng)用于熱紅外隱身的不同溫度相變材料,并制備成熱紅外相變一降溫復(fù)合隱身涂層。該涂層利用相變材料的溫度自適應(yīng)功能實(shí)現(xiàn)了目標(biāo)與背景的熱特性融合,從而達(dá)到熱紅外偽裝隱身的目的。選用石蠟、脂肪酸類作為相變材料,采用更為便捷的單凝聚法和噴霧干燥法兩種不同的工藝制備出適用于不同軍事目標(biāo)的中溫及常溫相變微膠囊材料,并對(duì)這兩種工藝微膠囊化的影響因素進(jìn)行了探討。采用工業(yè)涂料的制備技術(shù),研制出可對(duì)目標(biāo)表面溫度進(jìn)行調(diào)
2、節(jié)的水性相變涂料和溶劑型相變涂料,兩種涂料均具有較好的施工性能??紤]相變傳熱的作用,推導(dǎo)出了相變過(guò)程中的目標(biāo)表面與環(huán)境間的熱平衡方程。將相變涂料與其他功能涂層結(jié)合,制備出熱紅外相變一降溫復(fù)合隱身涂層,降低了單獨(dú)將相變材料應(yīng)用于熱紅外隱身的難度,并對(duì)各涂層的性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。結(jié)果表明,降溫涂層具有高發(fā)射率、高反射率和4~8oc的降溫效果;相變涂層具有優(yōu)良的溫度自適應(yīng)功能,并在短時(shí)間內(nèi)可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)熱源的偽裝效果及與背景的融合性。關(guān)鍵詞石蠟相變微膠囊;相變涂料涂層;熱紅外隱身;紅外融合ABSTRACT!曼!!!Ii一一一I。!fABSTRACTWiththedevelo
