1、大連理工大學(xué)碩十學(xué)位論文摘要隨著國內(nèi)油井管市場的需求劇增,我國出現(xiàn)了國外進(jìn)口機(jī)床與國內(nèi)研制專業(yè)機(jī)床并存的局面。鑒于生產(chǎn)大尺寸API管螺紋的進(jìn)口機(jī)床價(jià)格昂貴及目前國內(nèi)現(xiàn)有機(jī)床不能滿足生產(chǎn)需求的現(xiàn)狀,應(yīng)天津卡普林熱處理有限公司的要求,本文對(duì)大直徑管螺紋加工機(jī)床進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)研究,主要工作包括以下幾個(gè)方面:(1)本文對(duì)機(jī)床進(jìn)行整體方案設(shè)計(jì),確定機(jī)床的總體布局及機(jī)床參數(shù)(外形尺寸、主軸轉(zhuǎn)速、X軸和Z軸的最大行程等);利用P∞o/ENGINEER的分析功能對(duì)機(jī)床模型進(jìn)行干涉檢查,并對(duì)機(jī)床的加工過程進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真,獲取刀尖點(diǎn)處的位移.時(shí)間圖,結(jié)果表明能夠滿足公
2、司設(shè)計(jì)要求。(2)對(duì)機(jī)床重要部件——夾具的設(shè)計(jì)思路、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及工作原理等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)介紹。該夾具采用電磁吸盤作為動(dòng)力源,并采用聚氨酯橡膠套作為夾緊元件,具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、容易控制、夾緊可靠且不易劃傷工件外表面等優(yōu)點(diǎn)?;诰郯滨ハ鹉z的自身特點(diǎn),采用非線性接觸大變形的分析方法,利用ANSYS軟件對(duì)夾緊元件的可行性及可靠性進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)加載50kPa壓力時(shí)聚氨酯橡膠套與工件之間產(chǎn)生的靜摩擦力足以將工件夾緊,且夾緊可靠、工件整體變形不大。(3)對(duì)夾具箱體進(jìn)行了模態(tài)分析,獲得夾具箱體前10階固有頻率。對(duì)比工作頻率和安全頻率證明夾具箱體的低階固有頻率滿
3、足安全冗余要求;對(duì)床身進(jìn)行了靜力分析,結(jié)果表明床身滿足剛度要求。(4)對(duì)機(jī)床的伺服系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了選型計(jì)算。進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)均采用直線電機(jī),并根據(jù)電機(jī)功率和精度要求選取了伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器和編碼器;根據(jù)螺紋切削力計(jì)算公式估算出了切削力,通過計(jì)算切削力得出機(jī)床的切削功率,并根據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)速和功率選取了合適的車削電主軸。關(guān)鍵詞:管螺紋加工機(jī)床;整體方案;運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真;夾具設(shè)計(jì);模態(tài)分析管螺紋加工機(jī)床的研制TheDesignofOCTGThreadingMachineAbstractWiththeincreasedemandofOilCountryTllbularGoods(OC
