1、中文摘要摘要近年來,隨著嵌入式技術(shù)、無線傳輸技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡以及圖像處理技術(shù)的相互交叉融合,船舶視頻監(jiān)控技術(shù)也有了長足的發(fā)展。但是由于航運條件特殊、視頻數(shù)據(jù)量大和實時性強等的特點,無線通信信道帶寬的大小,視頻數(shù)據(jù)流的處理方式,將直接決定整個船舶視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量。本系統(tǒng)選用基于ARM920T核的32位低功耗微控制器√~們1RM9200硬件系統(tǒng)核心,采用ANYDATA公司的DTU.800為無線通信模塊,構(gòu)建嵌入式Linux多任務操作系統(tǒng)作為應用程序的運行平臺,以CDMA20001X網(wǎng)絡為無線傳輸?shù)妮d體,將船載的以太網(wǎng)格式的視頻/音頻數(shù)據(jù)流
2、,接入Internct,實現(xiàn)船載監(jiān)測點與岸基監(jiān)控指揮中心的視頻等信息的通信連接。經(jīng)過論證和實際測試,提出了多信道捆綁傳輸方案,系統(tǒng)由一個路由控制器作為主控模塊,集成四路CDMA20001X信道,同時傳輸視頻、音頻等信號,提高了傳輸通道的帶寬,并且通過多路輪詢?nèi)哂喾椒▽σ曨l、音頻等數(shù)據(jù)流進行傳輸?shù)目刂?,實現(xiàn)了船舶視頻無線監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中大容量視頻數(shù)據(jù)、高清晰度視頻圖像和實時音頻等信息的無線傳輸。本系統(tǒng)的研究,實現(xiàn)了一種解決船舶視頻無線傳輸瓶頸的方法,推動了船舶視頻無線監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展,提高了沿海和內(nèi)河船舶的水上交通安全監(jiān)控能力及管理力度,有
