1、中文摘要摘要:鋼背A卜28Pb復(fù)合板是一種新型的復(fù)合材料,具有較為優(yōu)異的綜合性能,可以很好的滿足汽車發(fā)動機軸瓦材料的要求,在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中被廣泛應(yīng)用。本文針對復(fù)合板“界面結(jié)合性能差”和“A卜28Pb覆層合金宏觀成分偏析”兩個鋼背A卜28Pb復(fù)合研究領(lǐng)域的焦點問題,采用半固念鑄軋復(fù)合方法,對鋼背A卜28Pb復(fù)合板的復(fù)合進行了研究,具體如下:1.進行了hl-28Pb半固態(tài)漿料制備研究。采用改進的機械攪拌裝置,制備了A1—28Pb半固態(tài)漿料,確定了半固態(tài)漿料固相率與攪拌溫度的關(guān)系以及不同固相率下半固態(tài)漿料鑄錠
2、中Pb顆粒的尺寸和分布情況,獲得了解決A1-28Pb半固念漿料中重金屬Pb宏觀偏析的條件。2.進行了鋼背A1-28Pb半固態(tài)鑄軋復(fù)合工藝參數(shù)的研究。在鑄軋設(shè)備上制各了鋼背hl-28Pb復(fù)合板,研究了鋼板預(yù)熱溫度、半固態(tài)漿料固相率和軋制速度三個工藝參數(shù)對復(fù)合板界面剪切強度的影響,得到了可以獲得最大復(fù)合板界面剪切強度時的合理參數(shù)取值。3.進行了鋼背A1-28Pb復(fù)合板界面組織性能的研究。明確了界面結(jié)構(gòu)對界面結(jié)合性能的影響,得到了理想復(fù)合界面結(jié)構(gòu)。通過上述研究,解決了A1-28Pb覆層中Pb的成分偏析問題
