1、摘要摘要科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展離不開測試手段的變革。隨著現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,各領(lǐng)域?qū)y試儀器的要求越來越高。多通道數(shù)字存儲示波器在測量領(lǐng)域中占有越來越重要的地位。而高采樣率多通道的數(shù)字存儲示波器技術(shù)被少數(shù)國外的知名廠商所壟斷,因此自主設(shè)計高采樣率多通道數(shù)字存儲示波器就顯的十分的必要。本多通道數(shù)字存儲示波器采用FPGA+DSP的架構(gòu),以高速A/D前端采樣來實現(xiàn)整體設(shè)計。文中先介紹了數(shù)字存儲示波器的特點以及發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,隨后詳細(xì)討論了四通道數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)設(shè)計中的主要問題,具體內(nèi)容包括:1.針對四通道數(shù)字存儲示波器的要求,進(jìn)行主要器件的選型以及器件的主要特點介紹。2.數(shù)據(jù)采集和觸發(fā)功能的設(shè)計。重點詳細(xì)介
