1、摘要水庫水情監(jiān)測作為一項(xiàng)前期的基礎(chǔ)性工作,作為抗旱防汛工作的耳目和參謀,監(jiān)測的精度和質(zhì)量都會(huì)影響到水情信息獲取的實(shí)時(shí)性和準(zhǔn)確性,從而間接地影響到防汛抗旱的科學(xué)決策??萍嫉牟粩嘞蚯鞍l(fā)展,計(jì)算機(jī)、通訊、微電子等多方面的先進(jìn)技術(shù)逐漸地應(yīng)用到了水位監(jiān)測中,智能化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化已成為水情監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的重要發(fā)展方向。由于大部分的水庫位置偏僻、交通不便、條件艱苦,依靠人工采集監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)存在執(zhí)行效率低,不方便等問題。如果通過有線通訊組網(wǎng)收集數(shù)據(jù)又受到組網(wǎng)的條件和維護(hù)成本的限制。為解決這些問題,本論文在分析現(xiàn)有水庫水位監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,采用新型的水位傳感技術(shù)和成熟的移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)
2、,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于GPRS的水庫水位實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)水庫水位數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)采集、報(bào)送和存儲(chǔ)等功能。該系統(tǒng)主要由數(shù)據(jù)采集終端、通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)(GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)和Internet)、遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測中心三個(gè)部分構(gòu)成。其中數(shù)據(jù)采集終端由傳感器、微處理器、存儲(chǔ)器、通訊模塊組成,主要完成數(shù)據(jù)的采集處理和傳輸、控制命令的解碼和執(zhí)行等任務(wù)。GPRS通訊模塊與ATmega128單片機(jī)相連實(shí)現(xiàn)信息的接收和發(fā)送,并可以通過GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)與Internet上的監(jiān)測中心計(jì)算機(jī)建立連接,完成數(shù)據(jù)的遠(yuǎn)程傳輸,實(shí)現(xiàn)水庫水位的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測。該系統(tǒng)可以及時(shí)的為水位監(jiān)測部門提供準(zhǔn)確的信息,提高水位監(jiān)測部門的工作
