2、???和重復(fù)污染率的概念,建立具有動(dòng)態(tài)過濾比的過濾器模型。使用MATLAB/Simulink對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)過濾比模型進(jìn)行仿真,分析???重復(fù)過濾率和重復(fù)污染率對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)過濾比的影響。結(jié)果表明:過濾器的動(dòng)態(tài)過濾比隨著系統(tǒng)工況的變化始終處于波動(dòng)狀??態(tài);隨著重復(fù)過濾率和重復(fù)污染率的增大動(dòng)態(tài)過濾比迅速減小。搭建過濾器實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái),對(duì)不同系統(tǒng)流量、壓力和溫度下動(dòng)??態(tài)過濾比的變化進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,動(dòng)態(tài)過濾比模型更符合實(shí)際工況,對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)的污染控制具有更好的指????導(dǎo)作用。??關(guān)鍵詞:液壓系統(tǒng);過濾器模型;動(dòng)態(tài)過濾比;污染控制中圖分類號(hào):TH137文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):0254-
