1、塑性變形對(duì)鑄態(tài)AZaO鎂合金組織及性能影響的研究摘要為了能提供一些實(shí)踐生產(chǎn)中鎂合金成型工藝基礎(chǔ)理論,本文以鑄態(tài)和均勻態(tài)AZ80鎂合金為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)擠壓試驗(yàn)來(lái)研究塑性變形對(duì)鑄態(tài)AZ80鎂合金其組織性能的影響,并分析鑄態(tài)與均勻態(tài)成型過(guò)程中的差別。首先把部分坯料進(jìn)行均勻化退火處理,形成了均勻態(tài)試樣,在確定擠壓工藝后,對(duì)鑄態(tài)和均勻態(tài)AZ80鎂合金進(jìn)行擠壓試驗(yàn)。通過(guò)金相觀察、室溫力學(xué)性能測(cè)試等方法研究擠壓后的鑄型擠壓態(tài)和均勻型擠壓態(tài)的試樣,得到試樣組織性能的變化規(guī)律。如下:擠壓態(tài)試樣的微觀組織中均發(fā)生了動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶,在擠壓平行流線上分布著大量細(xì)小等軸晶,晶粒組織較擠壓前都明顯
2、產(chǎn)生了細(xì)化。從試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)中,可以認(rèn)為隨擠壓溫度的升高,均勻型擠壓態(tài)的抗拉強(qiáng)度呈階段性變化,延伸率呈減小的趨勢(shì),鑄型擠壓態(tài)抗拉強(qiáng)度和延伸率先降低后升高;通過(guò)比較,在同等條件下均勻型擠壓態(tài)抗拉強(qiáng)度高于鑄型擠壓態(tài)的,而且延伸率呈現(xiàn)較好的規(guī)律性。在試驗(yàn)中,鑄態(tài)AZ80鎂合金在T=390℃,擠壓比入=75擠壓時(shí),室溫力學(xué)性能較好,所需的擠壓力相對(duì)較??;經(jīng)過(guò)均勻化處理的AZ80鎂合金在T=390℃,擠壓比入=60擠壓時(shí),室溫性能較好,所需的擠壓力相對(duì)較小。關(guān)鍵詞:AZ80鎂合金,動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶,擠壓,微觀組織,力學(xué)性能TheEffectofPlasticDeformationofCa

6、eextrudedsamples.thereisalargenumberofsmallequiaxedgrainsintheparallelflowlines,andthegrainswerethinnerthanthatbeforeextrudedobviously.Fromtheexperimentaldata,wecanthinkofthatthebestrangeoftemperatureonrecrystallizationoftheAZ80magnesiumalloywasabout390。C;withtheriseoftheextrusiontempe
7、rature,thetensilestrengthoftheextrudedhomogeneous-statesimpleswasphasedchanges,andtheelongationwasreduced,thetrendoftensilestrengthandtheelongationarebothreducedafterthefirstrise;bycomparison,inthesameconditions,thetensilestrengthoftheextrudedhomogeneous-statesimplesarehigherthanthat
