1、Mg基貯氫合金的摻雜和復(fù)合的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究摘要本文采用機(jī)械合金的制備方法對(duì)Ilg—Ti復(fù)合基貯氫合金作了一定的研究。利用機(jī)械合金化方法制備Mgz6Ti。Fe。Ni;(x=O,4,8,12)系列合金并對(duì)其儲(chǔ)氫性能進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究。隨著Ni取代Fe的量逐漸增加,合金吸放氫的滯后現(xiàn)象逐漸減小,合金M勖8Ti。。FesNi。顯示出了最高的吸放氫速率。Fe和Ni的共存有利于提高合金的儲(chǔ)氫性能。對(duì)于Mg。Ti。:FesNi。合金,隨著球磨的進(jìn)行合金的非晶化程度提高,但是非晶化程度的提高不利于提高合金的儲(chǔ)氫容量。鑒于合金Mg,。Ti,:FeJqi。優(yōu)于
2、其他合金的貯氫性能,本文又單獨(dú)對(duì)其貯氫性能做了分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)在PCT性能測(cè)試中40h球磨后合金159,6Ti。:FesNi。樣品有最高的吸氫速率、最低的吸放氫平臺(tái)壓及其差值,合金Mg,。Ti.。Fe。Ni。隨著球磨的進(jìn)行表現(xiàn)出了越來越好的放氫動(dòng)力學(xué)性能。利用機(jī)械合金化的方法制備M976-,Ti。:FesNi。B,(x=O,I,2,3,4)系列合金并對(duì)其儲(chǔ)氫性能進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究。B的加入降低了合金的吸氫溫度和吸放氫速率,使合金的吸放氫平臺(tái)有所上升,但其減小了吸放氫平臺(tái)差,降低了滯后現(xiàn)象。關(guān)鍵詞:儲(chǔ)氫合金;熱力學(xué)性能;儲(chǔ)氫性能,V-西大掌碩
