1、中文摘要采用高溫固相法制備了摻雜锫鈰酸鹽鈣鈦礦型質子導體。對BaCeo.5.xZro.5.xYb2x03.x(BCZY)、SrCeo.5.xZro.5.xYb2x03.x(SCZY)及SrCeo.5.xZro.5.。Dy2。03.。(SCZD)(2x=0.1,0.15,0.2,O.25)進行了研究。通過DSC—TG(或DTA—TG)分析確定粉料的預合成溫度為1200℃。通過XRD分析了各組試樣的晶體結構,結果表明摻雜物在其中的固溶度<0.25,此時,BCZY和SCZY形成典型的鈣鈦礦結構,并且能夠保持測試前后晶體結構的穩(wěn)定性,而SCZD難以得到
