1、摘要M型六角鐵氧體以其高的矯頑力,優(yōu)異的微波特性和優(yōu)良的性能價格比在永磁材料中占有重要地位,成為當今社會不可缺少的功能材料。近年來,M型六角鐵氧體以其優(yōu)良的機械耐磨性,優(yōu)異的化學穩(wěn)定性,高的磁晶各向異性而被認為是一種極有潛力的高密度磁汜錄介質。本論文分別采用溶膠-凝膠(S01一gel)方法制備LaCo替代M型鍶鐵氧體系列納米顆粒樣品,采用化學共沉法制備LaZn替代M型鍶鐵氧體系列樣品,運用X射線衍射儀(xRD)、振動樣品磁強計(VSM)作為測試手段,系統(tǒng)的研究了樣品的結構和磁性,得到了以下主要研究結果:l、通過對s
