1、鞍山科技大學(xué)碩士論文摘要摘要預(yù)焙陽(yáng)極是鋁電解槽的“心臟”。石油焦是預(yù)焙陽(yáng)極的主體原料,石油焦的質(zhì)量直接影響預(yù)焙陽(yáng)極的質(zhì)量。本文主要通過(guò)壓密的方法改變石油焦性質(zhì),通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)檢測(cè),壓密石油焦的理化性能明顯好于普通石油焦的理化性能,其理化性能指標(biāo)為:體積密度:1.439/era3,顯氣孔率:26.73%,吸水率19.57%,粉末比電阻:415rtQ·m。檢測(cè)以壓密石油焦為骨料制備預(yù)焙陽(yáng)極塊試樣的理化性能,得出以下結(jié)論:1.以壓密石油焦為骨料制備的預(yù)焙陽(yáng)極塊試樣與普通石油焦為骨料制備的預(yù)焙陽(yáng)極塊試樣進(jìn)行對(duì)比,通過(guò)檢測(cè),以壓密石油焦為骨料制備的預(yù)焙陽(yáng)極塊試樣理化性能指標(biāo)
2、達(dá)到:體積密度:1.649/cm3,顯氣孔率:15.31%,電阻率:471x.Q·m,耐壓強(qiáng)度:48.30MPa。2.以壓密石油焦為骨料制備預(yù)焙陽(yáng)極塊試樣過(guò)程中,中溫煤瀝青加入量由15%降到13%,預(yù)焙陽(yáng)極塊試樣的理化性能指標(biāo)仍然達(dá)到:體積密度:1.649/cm3,顯氣孔率:15.26%,電阻率:46兒Q.m,耐壓強(qiáng)度:49.33MPa。3.為了更好的改善預(yù)焙陽(yáng)極塊試樣的理化性能,將壓密石油焦進(jìn)行了浸漬。以浸漬壓密石油焦為骨料制備預(yù)焙陽(yáng)極塊試樣,其理化性能指標(biāo)達(dá)到:體積密度:1.689/cm3,顯氣孔率:14.69%,電阻率:42p.Q·m,耐壓強(qiáng)度:51.
