1、本科學(xué)生畢業(yè)設(shè)計濟南市尚品清河小區(qū)集中供熱熱水網(wǎng)路設(shè)計黑龍江工程學(xué)院二O一一年六月摘要本次設(shè)計為山東省濟南市尚品清河小區(qū)集中供熱設(shè)計,該小區(qū)共有建筑物87棟,設(shè)分為住宅、商服和綜合樓,總供熱面積為:600592m2o設(shè)計內(nèi)容主要包括小區(qū)熱網(wǎng)和小區(qū)換熱站的負荷,水力計算管線布置等,以及其他配套設(shè)施。本設(shè)計以城市一級網(wǎng)為熱源對小區(qū)進行供熱一級網(wǎng)供水溫度130弋冋水溫度80°C,二級網(wǎng)供水溫度95-C,回水溫度70°Co一級網(wǎng)采用通行地溝套管補償器,二級網(wǎng)直埋敷設(shè)方形補償器,所有支架均為固定支架。間接連接供熱因其熱源補水率低,熱網(wǎng)的壓力工況和流量工
2、況不受用戶的影響,便于熱網(wǎng)運行管理。在近年來已經(jīng)成為流行的供熱方式。本次設(shè)計為貼近實際也采用了間接連接供熱,在小區(qū)設(shè)置了換熱站,共設(shè)有五個換熱站,其中五號換熱站帶有高區(qū)。換熱站設(shè)計采用板式換熱機組進行換熱,水泵均選取臥式,其揚程用滿足高區(qū)最高點的供熱,經(jīng)過本次設(shè)計可以加深我們對實際工程的理解,鍛煉我們的繪圖能力。關(guān)鍵詞:集中供熱;高區(qū)供熱;換熱站;補償器;固定支架AbstractThedesignfortheshangpinqinghcdistrictofJinancitycentralheatingdesign,thisvillageof8
