1、摘要本論文主要針對(duì)潞安集團(tuán)王莊礦選煤廠的主要塵源點(diǎn)—機(jī)尾落料管及機(jī)尾處進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)合氣固兩相流理論,利用多物理場(chǎng)耦合分析軟件,分析出機(jī)尾落料管處及機(jī)尾粉塵逸散機(jī)理。經(jīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),機(jī)尾落料管處的粉塵污染主要由落料管上方轉(zhuǎn)載皮帶落煤時(shí),在落料管內(nèi)產(chǎn)生高壓誘導(dǎo)風(fēng)流,管內(nèi)粉塵沿導(dǎo)料槽兩端逸散造成的。機(jī)尾粉塵污染源于機(jī)尾甩塵。針對(duì)這類問題,提出高壓微霧除塵技術(shù)。在誘導(dǎo)風(fēng)流機(jī)制下構(gòu)建多相流數(shù)學(xué)模型,通過采用歐拉和拉格朗日數(shù)值模擬方法,研究粉塵逸散、微霧擴(kuò)散和噴霧后粉塵逸散機(jī)理。33數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際吻合,粉塵濃度由原來的80mg/m,降為現(xiàn)在的3.
