1、摘要本畢業(yè)設(shè)計是根據(jù)遼寧工業(yè)大學(xué)土木建筑工程學(xué)院土木工程專業(yè)畢業(yè)設(shè)計任務(wù)書的要求進行的，包括建筑設(shè)計、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、施工組織設(shè)計三部分內(nèi)容。本畢業(yè)設(shè)計名稱為錦州市某公司辦公樓，樓長59.03m，寬34.40m，高27.75m，建筑面積約9500m2，共8層。此建筑采用現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)，安全等級為二級，耐火等級為二級，設(shè)防烈度為7度。由于該建筑物長度的影響，在建筑物中設(shè)有一處伸縮縫。整個辦公樓設(shè)置兩部樓梯，滿足疏散和防火要求?；A(chǔ)均采用柱下獨立基礎(chǔ)，地基承載力特征值為240kN/㎡，地下水位離地面為2.0m，凍土深度為-
