1、提要目的:通過對(duì)古代文獻(xiàn)中合谷穴相關(guān)記載的整理與分析，總結(jié)合谷穴主治應(yīng)用規(guī)律，為針灸理論和臨床研究提供參考；方法:微機(jī)檢索《中華醫(yī)典》，建立數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:合谷穴高頻主治病癥27種，并統(tǒng)計(jì)出27種病癥的高頻配穴；配伍經(jīng)穴203個(gè)，頻次在前四位的是足三里、曲池、百會(huì)、三陰交；合谷穴配穴個(gè)數(shù)、配穴總頻次均以足太陽(yáng)膀胱經(jīng)為最，配穴平均頻次以手厥陰心包經(jīng)最高；常用穴對(duì)為合谷—復(fù)溜、合谷—三陰交、合谷—曲池；針刺深度以三分為常數(shù)斟酌變化；留針時(shí)長(zhǎng)以留六呼為主；艾灸以三壯為常數(shù)隨證加減。結(jié)論:合谷穴主治病癥廣泛，可配伍腧穴眾多，配伍取穴、刺灸法規(guī)律
