1、華中師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文馬來(lái)酸酯乳化劑的合成及其在乳液聚合中的應(yīng)用姓名:付冬梅申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):農(nóng)藥學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師:李中華201205⑨碩士學(xué)位論文MASTER’STHESIS摘要本文對(duì)反應(yīng)性馬來(lái)酸酯乳化劑用于乳液聚合的性能特點(diǎn)和研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了綜述。合成了反應(yīng)性馬來(lái)酸酯乳化劑,其用于乳液聚合反應(yīng)得到無(wú)皂苯丙共聚乳液及核殼乳液,并用有機(jī)氟硅原料進(jìn)行改性,對(duì)乳液的有關(guān)性能作了初步探討。以馬來(lái)酸酐與異辛醇、月桂醇、十六醇和十八醇等為原料,合成出相應(yīng)的馬來(lái)酸單酯和雙酯乳化劑,探討和優(yōu)化了聚合溫度、聚合
2、工藝及單體用量等合成條件,以性能比較優(yōu)異的反應(yīng)性乳化劑馬來(lái)酸月桂酯與苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸反應(yīng)制備復(fù)合苯丙乳液,其粘度、硬度、吸水率、穩(wěn)定性和拉伸強(qiáng)度等性能都優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)的苯丙乳液,探討各種反應(yīng)條件對(duì)乳液聚合的影響,優(yōu)化了乳液合成的工藝條件。利用N-烯丙基全氟戊基磺酰胺和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷等氟硅單體對(duì)苯丙復(fù)合乳液改性,合成了含氟和含硅的馬來(lái)酸酯一苯丙共聚復(fù)合乳液,通過(guò)IR對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行表征,研究了聚合工藝和反應(yīng)條件對(duì)乳液性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)含水量500/o---55%,反應(yīng)性乳化劑的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)2
3、.5%,聚合溫度75~80℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間5.晰.0h,所得聚合物乳液的低溫成膜性好,貯存一年以上穩(wěn)定性仍然能達(dá)到國(guó)標(biāo)要求。以反應(yīng)性馬來(lái)酸十二酯為乳化劑合成了以(BA+ST+MAA)為殼,以(BA+ST+AM)為核的核殼型苯丙乳液,初步研究了其結(jié)構(gòu)和性能。以無(wú)皂馬來(lái)酸酯苯丙乳液為基料,與鐵紅粉、復(fù)合鐵鈦防銹粉等組成防銹體系,添加累托土(LT)漿料制備出水性無(wú)皂馬來(lái)酸酸酯苯丙乳液防銹底漆,分別在鋼板和玻璃板上進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),與傳統(tǒng)苯丙乳液對(duì)比,其附著力、耐水性達(dá)240h通過(guò),耐鹽酸性300h表面無(wú)銹蝕性能良
