1、提要目的：觀察黃芪建中湯加減方配合優(yōu)甲樂治療橋本甲狀腺炎早期（臨床指標(biāo)FT3、FT4、TSH正?；騼HTSH偏高，而A-TPO、A-TG明顯升高），證屬脾虛痰氣瘀互結(jié)型的臨床療效，并探討中西醫(yī)結(jié)合的治療優(yōu)勢。方法：將臨床診斷為橋本甲狀腺炎證屬脾虛痰氣瘀互結(jié)型的60例患者隨機(jī)分為兩組，治療組30例予以黃芪建中湯加減方配合優(yōu)甲樂治療；對(duì)照組30例予優(yōu)甲樂治療，用藥4周為一個(gè)療程，連續(xù)3個(gè)療程。結(jié)果：臨床觀察表明，治療組在改善本病癥狀和體征方面明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）；在改善A-TPO、A-TG方面明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P<0.01）；在改善
