2、西交投集團(tuán)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本論文在對(duì)廣西文化產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行分析和比較后,提出了廣西交投集團(tuán)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展總體戰(zhàn)略和分階段發(fā)展目標(biāo),重點(diǎn)選取了廣告媒介、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息、產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)三大主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)體系和影視制作發(fā)行、演藝會(huì)展、文化休閑等這些方面進(jìn)行了比較分析,明確要抓各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)資源的整合盤活,在現(xiàn)有多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)的格局下,努力在各產(chǎn)業(yè)的內(nèi)部和各產(chǎn)業(yè)之間形成協(xié)同經(jīng)營(yíng)、聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展的良性態(tài)勢(shì)。最后,本文認(rèn)為應(yīng)從運(yùn)營(yíng)機(jī)制、組織發(fā)展、資本運(yùn)營(yíng)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控等方面采取相應(yīng)保障措施,確保廣西交投集團(tuán)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略組織實(shí)施。關(guān)鍵詞:文化產(chǎn)業(yè)廣西交投集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略RESEARCHONCULTURALI
