1、含硫交聯(lián)劑水性聚氨酯的制備及其性能姚機艷林強袁愛寧黃毅萍*許戈文鮑俊杰程芹(安徽大學(xué)化學(xué)化工學(xué)院安徽省綠色高分子重點實驗室安徽合肥230601)摘要:以巰基乙醇和1,3,5-三丙烯酰基六氫-1,3,5-三嗪(TAT)為原料,合成一種含硫三官能度的交聯(lián)劑S-TAT,將其與三羥甲基丙烷(TMP)反應(yīng),合成了水性聚氨酯。利用衰減全反射紅外(ATR-FTIR)、熱重分析、X射線衍射和電子拉力機分別對水性聚氨酯膠膜結(jié)構(gòu)、熱性能和力學(xué)性能進行了表征,進一步探討了S-TAT含量對聚氨酯性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨著S-TAT含量的增大,膠膜的結(jié)晶度和軟段的玻璃化溫度均先增加后
2、降低,膠膜在水中的吸液率先降低后升高,膠膜的拉伸強度、斷裂伸長率和彈性模量均增加;當(dāng)n(S-TAT):n(TMP)=3:2時,膠膜WPU4的結(jié)晶度增加到24.91%,軟段的玻璃化溫度增加到-36.36℃,在水中的吸液率降低到7.34%;當(dāng)n(S-TAT):n(TMP)=5:0時,膠膜WPU6的拉伸強度為19.8MPa,斷裂伸長率為399%,彈性模量為39.8MPa。關(guān)鍵詞:1,3,5-三丙烯?;鶜?1,3,5-三嗪;含硫交聯(lián)劑;陰離子水性聚氨酯StudyofWaterbornePolyurethanewithVulcanizedCrosslinkingYA
