1、西安建筑科技大學(xué)碩士論文瑞昌水泥生產(chǎn)管理模式優(yōu)化研究專業(yè)：工商管理碩士生：席向民指導(dǎo)教師：方永恒副教授摘要隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更加激烈，現(xiàn)代水泥企業(yè)所處的環(huán)境與過(guò)去相比，發(fā)生了重大的變化。怎樣降低產(chǎn)品成本、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量是水泥企業(yè)在現(xiàn)代市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地的法寶。因此，作為企業(yè)管理的核心部分，生產(chǎn)管理越來(lái)越被水泥企業(yè)所重視。目前國(guó)內(nèi)中小水泥企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)管理模式已不能適應(yīng)當(dāng)今市場(chǎng)變化的需要，迫切需要研究適合自身的生產(chǎn)管理模式。本文運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)管理理論，學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒國(guó)外先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)管理技術(shù)和方法，認(rèn)真分析了瑞昌水泥公司生
2、產(chǎn)管理的現(xiàn)狀，找出存在的問(wèn)題，探討如何在生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)利用科學(xué)的管理方法進(jìn)行有效的計(jì)劃、組織和控制，達(dá)到降低成本、提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量以及優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)管理的目的。經(jīng)過(guò)認(rèn)真分析和研究，指出借助現(xiàn)代計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)建設(shè)企業(yè)的信息化系統(tǒng)，通過(guò)企業(yè)流程再造建立基于供應(yīng)鏈管理思想的ERP生產(chǎn)管理模式模型，可以優(yōu)化瑞昌水泥公司現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)管理模式。研究結(jié)果將有助于瑞昌水泥公司提升生產(chǎn)管理水平，提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，增強(qiáng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。同時(shí)，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)其他中小型水泥企業(yè)也有可借鑒的參考價(jià)值。關(guān)鍵詞：生產(chǎn)管理；企業(yè)流程再造；供應(yīng)鏈管理；ERP；優(yōu)化技術(shù)西安建筑科技大學(xué)碩士論文Stud
