1、61本設(shè)計(jì)為年產(chǎn)4.6萬(wàn)噸鋁合金板帶材生產(chǎn)車(chē)間的設(shè)計(jì)。采用帶式法來(lái)生產(chǎn)各種規(guī)格的鋁合金板帶材產(chǎn)品?？梢陨a(chǎn)多種合金牌號(hào)的產(chǎn)品，主要有PS版基卷材、飛機(jī)蒙皮板、汽車(chē)車(chē)身板，幕墻板、制罐料等多種產(chǎn)品。本設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容有：車(chē)間工藝設(shè)計(jì)、廠房設(shè)計(jì)和輔助設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)，即產(chǎn)品的牌號(hào)、狀態(tài)、規(guī)格的選擇和工藝流程的制定；主輔設(shè)備的選擇；計(jì)算產(chǎn)品的工藝計(jì)算、電機(jī)及軋輥強(qiáng)度校核；工藝卡片和金屬平衡表的制定及設(shè)備負(fù)荷計(jì)算；車(chē)間平面布置和立面尺寸的確定等等。本設(shè)計(jì)選取的四個(gè)計(jì)算產(chǎn)品牌號(hào)為:LY6LY7、LD10、LM6、LF3。生產(chǎn)方案主要是熱軋和冷軋。主要設(shè)備有,可逆熱軋機(jī)，可逆冷軋機(jī)，其他設(shè)備還有加熱爐、退火爐
