1、MBA學(xué)位論文作者：謝華江)【)【金融租賃公司業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新研究摘要金融租賃屬于現(xiàn)代租賃，作為集融資與融物、貿(mào)易與技術(shù)于一體的新型金融產(chǎn)業(yè)，從1952年美國(guó)成立第一家金融租賃公司至今只有60多年的歷史，但早已成為發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家企業(yè)更新設(shè)備的主要融資手段之一，據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，在世界范圍內(nèi)金融租賃已成為僅次于銀行信貸的第二大融資方式。由于該融資方式是基于真實(shí)資產(chǎn)買賣和使用發(fā)生的投融資服務(wù)，因此金融租賃業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的各個(gè)時(shí)期均可以發(fā)揮融資、促銷等功能。在此次金融危機(jī)中，金融租賃業(yè)受到的沖擊最小，保持了穩(wěn)定健康的發(fā)展。我國(guó)金融租賃業(yè)從上世紀(jì)80年代起步以來(lái)，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了很強(qiáng)的需求，但是，由于我國(guó)金融租賃業(yè)
2、還處于發(fā)展的初期階段，金融租賃市場(chǎng)活躍程度不高、業(yè)績(jī)不大，加上金融租賃公司資金來(lái)源的限制，根本不能滿足這些龐大的需求。而我國(guó)金融租賃的理論研究工作滯后、實(shí)際運(yùn)作經(jīng)驗(yàn)相對(duì)薄弱，也在很大程度上制約了我國(guó)金融租賃業(yè)的發(fā)展空間。本文從金融租賃的基本內(nèi)容入手，通過(guò)對(duì)金融租賃相關(guān)理論的介紹，以及通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)金融租賃行業(yè)歷史的簡(jiǎn)單回顧，達(dá)到認(rèn)識(shí)金融租賃這一行業(yè)的目的；然后在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上，以國(guó)內(nèi)XX金融租賃公司為研究對(duì)象，分析該公司的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和問題；最后，結(jié)合本人在金融租賃行業(yè)的工作實(shí)踐，對(duì)該公司如何通過(guò)業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展提出一些具有較強(qiáng)操作性的建議。關(guān)鍵詞：金融租賃，業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展，創(chuàng)新MBA學(xué)位論
