1、中文摘要本研究選用JV34．2和28023為作圖親本，以F2分離群體中的200株單株為作圖群體，利用SRAP和SSR分子標(biāo)記技術(shù)初步構(gòu)建甜菜分子遺傳圖譜，為甜菜QTL定位、標(biāo)記輔助選擇育種等奠定基礎(chǔ)。研究結(jié)果如下：(1)以JV34．2和28023的DNA為模板對(duì)561對(duì)SRAP引物組合和114對(duì)SSR引物進(jìn)行篩選，選出多態(tài)性較好的56對(duì)SRAP引物組合和19對(duì)SSR引物。(2)利用篩選出的56對(duì)SRAP引物組合以及19對(duì)SSR引物，對(duì)作圖群體進(jìn)行多態(tài)性分析，共獲得145個(gè)多態(tài)性標(biāo)記，其中SRAP標(biāo)記126個(gè)，

2、SSR標(biāo)記19個(gè)。(3)對(duì)得到的多態(tài)性標(biāo)記進(jìn)行卡方檢驗(yàn)，SRAP標(biāo)記中有28個(gè)標(biāo)記發(fā)生偏分離，偏分離率為22．22％；SSR標(biāo)記中有3個(gè)出現(xiàn)偏分離現(xiàn)象，偏分離率為15．79％。(4)利用mapmaker3．0和icimappin93．1軟件對(duì)得到的多態(tài)性標(biāo)記進(jìn)行連鎖分析，構(gòu)建了一張包括10個(gè)連鎖群，i12個(gè)標(biāo)記位點(diǎn)的分子連鎖圖譜，其中包含97個(gè)SRAP標(biāo)記和15個(gè)SSR標(biāo)記，標(biāo)記問(wèn)平均間距10．17cM。連鎖群長(zhǎng)度在49．86—232。69cM之間，圖譜覆蓋基因組總長(zhǎng)度為1l39．89cM。關(guān)鍵詞：甜菜；SR
