1、天津大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文電梯遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用姓名:冷麗娟申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):控制理論與控制工程指導(dǎo)教師:萬健如20081201摘要電梯是現(xiàn)代高層建筑中最常用的一種垂直運(yùn)輸交通工具,它節(jié)省了人們的時(shí)間和體力,為日常生活提供了方便。但由于電梯結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,因此要保證電梯安全可靠地運(yùn)行,監(jiān)控其運(yùn)行狀態(tài)和故障情況成為電梯管理、維護(hù)和安全運(yùn)行的迫切需要。為此運(yùn)用RS.485總線技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)開發(fā)了一種基于PC機(jī)和PLC的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),為電梯在運(yùn)行過程中故障的發(fā)現(xiàn)、分析、排除提供了方便、形象的解決方案。本文概述了電梯遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,主
2、要對(duì)我校電梯遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了分析,完成了電梯遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)PC機(jī)(上位機(jī))界面的設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)電梯運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的動(dòng)態(tài)顯示。針對(duì)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn),從系統(tǒng)元件、硬件電路、軟件結(jié)構(gòu)和軟件程序設(shè)計(jì)等多方面考慮,運(yùn)用抗干擾技術(shù),保證了前端數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)(前端機(jī))的可靠性。上位機(jī)中利用自定義協(xié)議實(shí)現(xiàn)了上位機(jī)和前端機(jī)之間通過RS.485總線的多線程遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)通信,并采用由PLC構(gòu)成獨(dú)立的數(shù)據(jù)采集單元完成對(duì)電梯運(yùn)行狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)的上傳和參數(shù)下傳設(shè)置。本文利用面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù)建立了故障知識(shí)庫(kù),提高了準(zhǔn)確性,并有利于故障知識(shí)庫(kù)的擴(kuò)展和軟件的維護(hù)。最后
