2、鎖緊裝置進(jìn)行了受力分析。利用多學(xué)科優(yōu)化軟件iSIGHT集成有限元分析軟件對(duì)碳纖維彈片進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),以材料強(qiáng)度、結(jié)構(gòu)反力和共振頻率多學(xué)科要求同時(shí)作為約束條件,采用針對(duì)離散變量的全域遍數(shù)法嵌套連續(xù)變量的序列二次規(guī)劃法對(duì)碳纖維彈片質(zhì)量進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。優(yōu)化結(jié)果顯示,碳纖維彈片個(gè)數(shù)為12時(shí),碳纖維質(zhì)量達(dá)到最小為46g,比初始質(zhì)量112g減少了59%。結(jié)果表明,該優(yōu)化方法提高了鎖緊裝置設(shè)計(jì)的可靠性和效率,對(duì)飛輪系統(tǒng)整體優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)有重要意義。關(guān)鍵詞:磁懸浮飛輪;鎖緊裝置;多學(xué)科優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì);混合離散變量;有限元;磁軸承中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):V414.1文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A犱狅犻:10.3788/OP

6、ructuralstrength,structuralforceandtheresonancefrequencyasconstraints,thecarbonfiberwasoptimizedbyusingthemethodofpointbypointcomparingatmacrocosmcombinedwiththesequentialquadraticprogrammingmethod.Theresultindicatesthatthemassofcarbonfiberreachesminimumbydecreasingfrom112gto46g(
