1、第33卷第1期土木工程與管理學(xué)報(bào)V01.33No.12016年1月JournalofCivilEngineeringandManagementJan.2016再生粗集料初始含水率對(duì)混凝土性能的影響吳晶,張麗娟(河南交通職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院公路學(xué)院,河南鄭州450000)摘要:通過設(shè)計(jì)試驗(yàn)研究了再生粗集料初始含水率對(duì)新拌再生集料混凝土塌落度及其物理力學(xué)性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:再生粗集料初始含水率將顯著影響新拌混凝土塌落度及其經(jīng)時(shí)損失。當(dāng)再生粗集料為干燥或氣干狀態(tài)時(shí),其較大的吸水率導(dǎo)致混凝土初始塌落度隨再生粗集料替代率的增大而明顯增大且經(jīng)時(shí)
2、損失減小。另外,由不同初始含水率再生粗集料配制的混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度和劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度均出現(xiàn)下降,飽和面干再生粗集料內(nèi)部大量自由水導(dǎo)致混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度及劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度下降最大;當(dāng)再生粗集料為干燥狀態(tài)時(shí),混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度和劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度下降最小,但劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度值較為離散,與其抗壓強(qiáng)度值相關(guān)性較差。因此,在再生混凝土的實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用中,應(yīng)盡量避免使再生粗集料處于干燥或潮濕狀態(tài)。關(guān)鍵詞:再生粗集料;含水率;塌落度;抗壓強(qiáng)度;劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度中圖分類號(hào):TU528.1文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):2095-0985(2016)0l-0097-06Influenceof
