1、北京服裝學(xué)院碩士學(xué)位論文白色導(dǎo)電PET纖維的制各及其性能研究2007屆石建恒白色導(dǎo)電PET纖維的制備及其性能研究摘要將分散劑表面處理后的納米金屬化合物粉體在聚合釜中與PET切片反應(yīng)制得導(dǎo)電母粒,采用熔融共混紡絲工藝,將PET切片和導(dǎo)電母粒按一定的配比進(jìn)行共混紡絲,紡制出一種新型的白色導(dǎo)電PET纖維,并研究導(dǎo)電纖維的結(jié)構(gòu)和性能。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)導(dǎo)電母粒的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為38%時,導(dǎo)電纖維的體積比電阻可以達(dá)到7.45×10。b·cm,斷裂強(qiáng)度可以保持在3cN/dtex以上,符合紡織加工和使用的要求。光學(xué)顯微鏡照片證實,導(dǎo)電纖維呈“海一島”結(jié)構(gòu),導(dǎo)電
2、組分為“島”相,纖維基體為“?!毕?,島相微纖沿纖維軸向分布在海相聚合物基體中??椢锏哪Σ领o電壓和靜電半衰期測試結(jié)果表明,導(dǎo)電纖維混織到織物中有很好的抗靜電和導(dǎo)電效果。電磁屏蔽測試結(jié)果表明,在低頻時織物具有一定的屏蔽效能,高頻時屏蔽效能不太明顯,這在以后的電磁屏蔽課題中將進(jìn)一步深入研究。另外,本研究還采用FTIR、DSC、TEM對導(dǎo)電母粒的結(jié)構(gòu)、導(dǎo)電纖維的熱性能和導(dǎo)電粉體在纖維中的分散狀態(tài)進(jìn)行了分析研究,對纖維的取向度、結(jié)晶度、染色性能和吸濕性進(jìn)行了分析。關(guān)鍵詞:導(dǎo)電粉體,導(dǎo)電母粒,導(dǎo)電纖維,體積比電阻,摩擦靜電壓,電磁屏蔽北京服裝學(xué)院
