2、。結(jié)果表明:隨著引氣劑的摻入以及引氣劑摻量的增加,振動(dòng)攪拌和普通強(qiáng)制攪拌混凝土的勻質(zhì)性變化不大,但混凝土含氣量隨之增加,抗壓強(qiáng)度隨之降低,并且與普通強(qiáng)制攪拌相比,振動(dòng)攪拌混凝土的含氣量更大,抗壓強(qiáng)度更高;振動(dòng)攪拌和摻入引氣劑都能提高硬化混凝土的孔隙率,但振動(dòng)攪拌主要增多的是100nm以下的小孔,不僅提高了引氣效果,而且也因?yàn)槭箍紫都?xì)化,改善了混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度;當(dāng)需要的混凝土含氣量(體積分?jǐn)?shù))為3時(shí),采用振動(dòng)攪拌即可獲得所需的引氣效果,而當(dāng)需要的含氣量更大時(shí),建議采用振動(dòng)攪拌同時(shí)摻入引氣劑。關(guān)鍵詞:
