1、摘要本研究采用先進(jìn)的數(shù)字信號(hào)處理技術(shù),對(duì)超聲檢測(cè)原始信號(hào)進(jìn)行變換和處理,試圖從超聲檢測(cè)信號(hào)中挖掘出可用于表征材料特性的有用信息,達(dá)到提高超聲檢測(cè)可靠性的目的。本課題的研究對(duì)象是銅.鋼異種材料摩擦焊接頭和汽車用鍍鋅鋼板點(diǎn)焊接頭。在對(duì)銅-鋼異種材料摩擦焊接頭的超聲無損檢測(cè)中,采用聚焦探頭水浸法,利用小波分析技術(shù)對(duì)接頭采樣點(diǎn)超聲A信號(hào)進(jìn)行消噪及小波包分解,并利用“能量-缺陷”分析方法,對(duì)接頭質(zhì)量與接頭界面超聲反射信號(hào)能量分布關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),超聲A信號(hào)經(jīng)小波包變換后,根據(jù)各個(gè)頻帶上的能量分郝規(guī)律可以直接反
2、映出接頭局部區(qū)域的剪切強(qiáng)度,進(jìn)一步判斷接頭的結(jié)合質(zhì)量。在對(duì)汽車用鍍鋅鋼板點(diǎn)焊接頭的超聲無損檢測(cè)中,采用超聲直接接觸法提取接頭超聲A信號(hào),采用快速傅立葉變換對(duì)檢測(cè)到的超聲波A信號(hào)進(jìn)行變換,分析信號(hào)的頻域特性。研究表明,高頻信號(hào)幅度值隨焊核直徑和接頭強(qiáng)度的增加而下降。根據(jù)傅立葉變換后高頻部分的幅值,不但可以判斷鍍鋅板點(diǎn)焊試樣焊核的大小以及試樣拉伸強(qiáng)度的高低,而且可以區(qū)分虛焊試樣和有焊核試樣。對(duì)銅.鋼異種材料摩擦焊接頭和汽車用鍍鋅鋼板點(diǎn)焊接頭超聲檢測(cè)信號(hào)的研究表明.對(duì)超聲檢測(cè)過程采用適當(dāng)?shù)臄?shù)字信號(hào)處理技術(shù)可以有
